Tharindu Kaluarachchi, PhD
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Tharindu leads the ideation and development of the core technology of Pekoe. Tharindu is an expert in Human-Centered Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Design Thinking. During his PhD, Tharindu has worked on developing novel AI solutions for the tea industry. He drives the conceptualization and development of novel AI applications and technology to realize the vision of the company.
Shyabith Dickwella
Head of Engineering
Shyabith oversees design and implementation at Pekoe. He has over a decade of experience specializing in backend and frontend development, along with designing systems and API integration. Being a graduate of the University of Moratuwa, Shyabith's expertise spans diverse industries, including fintech and telecom, where he has led projects to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
